Test fishing began on the current stock in April ‘25, after being informed by the previous owner that carp were present but stock levels were completely unknown.
So far to mid June ‘25 we have accounted for 60 plus stunning scaly mirrors and a few commons of a unique strain rarely seen in France these days.
Since test fishing and baiting began, these original carp are gaining good weights as they have never seen high protein anglers bait before.
After many conversations with French fish farmers we have placed an order to supplement the current stock this winter, with equally stunning hand picked carp to 60lb, in order to create a unique French fishing experience.

Fantastic Experience
I had the pleasure of visiting The Grange Fishery recently and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The lake is absolutely beautiful — peaceful and set in a truly stunning location. The fish were in stunning condition, and it was a joy to spend time by the water. The facilities were outstanding. The shower and kitchen areas were spotless and made the stay really comfortable.
